Digital sheet music

All sheet music purchased directly from AR Music Online is supplied as a digital download, usually as PDF files. No physical product will be posted to you unless a product is specifically described as a physical item.

Your purchase is for your own use, or for the use of the ensemble, school or organisation for which it was purchased. The music may not be resold, redistributed, shared online or otherwise supplied to third parties except where the licence or product description specifically allows this.

Downloads, refunds and exchanges

I want you to be happy with your music. Because my products are supplied as immediate digital downloads, the usual right to cancel an online purchase may not apply once downloading has begun, where the necessary consent and acknowledgement have been obtained at checkout. This does not affect any statutory rights you may have if digital content is faulty, incorrectly described or otherwise not supplied as required by law.

However, I want customers to be genuinely happy with their purchases. If you have bought an arrangement and it isn't suitable for your needs, please contact me within 28 days at music@armusiconline.com and I will do my best to help.

Depending on the circumstances, I may be able to offer a refund or exchange. I can also often solve individual problems by transposing parts, rearranging for unusual instruments or adding additional parts.

Copyright and permitted use

Unless otherwise stated, the arrangements, compositions, engraving and other original material sold through AR Music Online are protected by copyright.

Purchasing music does not transfer copyright ownership to the purchaser. You may print and use the music for the purposes permitted by the licence supplied with the product, but you may not reproduce, resell, distribute or upload the files or printed music beyond those permissions.

Some arrangements may contain music by third-party copyright holders and are offered only where AR Music Online has the appropriate permission or where the underlying work is in the public domain in the territory in which the arrangement is sold.

Product information

I make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, instrumentation, previews and downloadable files are accurate. If you discover an error or receive the wrong files, please contact me and I will put it right.

Payment and delivery

Payments and digital delivery are processed through the payment and ecommerce services available through this website. Digital products are normally made available for download immediately after successful payment.
